Mass 1to1 has a process that will diversify as needed, as each
project is unique. Cookie-cutter consultations do not preceed
long-lasting results. Thus, we have a process that differentiates
as it is applied. Keep in mind this process is not as linear as it
is dynamic.

Stage 1: Assess & Establish

-Set Context for Improvement
We establish the areas in need of improvement (and later set priorities with this data). The areas in need are based on the technology needs assessment, and a list is compiled detailing milestones necessary to reach measured goals.

-Articulate Vision, Gather Requirements
Our vision is articulated through a programmatic planning document. This document is compiled via the needs assessment, project goals defined as above, and input from surveying faculty and staff. Technology space requirements and systems are characterized, and recommendations on integrating technology systems are made.

-Appraise Practice, Provide Gap Analysis
At this point we construe a gap analysis between what is existing and what we intend to accomplish. This analysis is made in tandem with our client's teams and the existing design documents.

We refer to the project blueprint and specifications to make adjustments as necessary before development of bid documents. We then have the specifications approved by the planning team and complete documentation, finally making recommendations on vendor bids.
